PrimeGrid GFN-15 upgrade to Genefer22

And it's already been rolled back for Nvidia cards due to a bug. Still enabled for CPU.

Genefer22 is 64bit computing (double precision), right?

I believe there is only an INT32 transform for GPUs right now with a FP64 transform in the works for cards where that makes sense.

Thanks. Since I got rid of my five Radeon HD 7990 cards (10 GPUs) which ran FP64 so well, I try to be aware. My Nvidia RTX 3080 and Titan X are not suitable for FP64 projects.
