QuChemPedIA@home is now open. You do need to use the invitation code 3VwMu3-eTCg32 when attaching. It's posted on the project front page. Work is CPU-only and VirtualBox is required. I just attached today and at least for Linux, jobs use one thread by default. There some bug reports, nothing unusual with new projects and especially VB apps.

It turns out VirtualBox is only required for Windows. According to the admin VB tasks checkpoint but the others don't. This is a real problem as these jobs run quite a long time. There are some other reports of buggy behavior, like multiple tasks in Linux running on the same thread, so I wouldn't put a lot of resources into this one until it's better behaved.

This is still very much a beta project and I can't recommend it in its present state. I'm only running on Linux, with a low resource share, and I've created an app_config with max_concurrent set to one.

Work is flowing again. I *think* most of the bugs have been ironed out, at least on Linux. However I'm only running one task at at a time so YMMV.
