I have a question, did the ability to create 3 custom simplified profiles change? I had three set now the all say default.

Go to https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/ms/viewMyProjects.do and click on Device Profiles. You can specify the Default, Home, School, and Work profiles' settings.
