Just got a batch of beta tasks for Mapping Arthritis Markers. Haven't seen any real news for it but was mentioned briefly in the January 2025 newsletter that is was coming soon.

Reminder: This is a good time for machine maintenance. Do you need a system update? time to get the dust out of the box? does it just need a good "turning it off and on again" ?

If all is in good order, then it is time to look at backup projects.

The beta workunits for MAM have been a mixed bag so far. Most of the beta units on my Ubuntu Linux machines didn't finish. However, the two of the Beta 9800030 workunits finished (and validated) at around 30 hours on my Linux machines. Some of the wingmen took up to 70 hours.

That's a good question. Radio silence from staff on the forums...I don't think any of them have posted anything since December...

I had some that took just a few hours and some that took over five days on the same system.
