It's been a frustrating week but thanks to DrBob we're back online! I expected some growing pains, but not pains without growth. 
Luckily DrBob was gracious enough to spend some time figuring out a solution. I may give more details later but for now, I wasn't able to figure out how to import the database from the old server and everything had to be manually copied over. It wasn't quite as painful as it sounds, just took awhile to figure out.
I don't think anything was lost and everything should function exactly the same as before. If you have any problems, let me know. Barring something completely nuts the forum should be here for the next 3 years. I made one minor change, which you've probably noticed; boincusa.com doesn't take you directly to the forum. Eventually I hope to have an official welcome page or something there but I'll have to learn some basic web skills before that happens. DrBob again saved the day with some html code to at least give folks a link to the forum.
