I also have that problem. 
My computer is back to 4th place for RAC with my four Radeon 7990s. I am chasing a pair of Radeon VIIs that I expect to pass, but I have a pack of computers with two Radeon VIIs chasing me. My final RAC will be close to 3,000,000. Not bad for a computer that cost about $1100.
Our team appears to be secure in 6th place for RAC. We are 15th in total credits.

I am tweaking the number of jobs per GPU to wring all I can out of my rig. I am currently at 7 jobs per Radeon HD 7990 GPU and the RAC is increasing (3,057,107.31). If I only had Radeon VIIs...
BOINC 7.15.0 is very helpful to keep work units in the queue.
